Shabby Chic French Style Dining Table and 4 chairs, Annie Sloan Paint, Laura Ashley Fabric +

This is a gorgeous Table and 4 Chairs that have been restored to a Shabby Chic French Style, the table and chairs are made of pine and the top has been sanded back and waxed with 2 coats of Liberion fine bison paste, dark oak, but shows as a medium oak. The rest have been painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, I mixed Paris Grey with Old White to give a much brighter version of this and this colour is enhanced in certain lights. I then waxed and added some Fiddes Protex. Chalk paint normally distresses over time, but I have tried to prolong this by adding the Fiddes. It has all been handpainted which adds to the efffect of the Shabby Chic. The chairs have been upholstered in Laura Ashley "Ashino Natural" this fabric is gorgeous, and feels very soft and luxurious to touch, the neuteral colour will match any decor!
