rise and reclining chair for disabled lady ?

hi im a disabled single parent looking for a rise and reclining chair to help with my arthritis i have in spine hips knees. would like it to be free if at all possible or very cheap and also if you could deliver as well that would be a great help. heres hoping and thankyou for your time reading this.
